Outdoor & Service Learning with the High School

Every Wednesday, our high schoolers step beyond the classroom.

Some weeks, it’s into the forest — like this one, when they hiked to Catawba Falls, trading textbooks for trail maps and classrooms for cascading water. Other weeks, it’s into the community — volunteering, lending hands and hearts where they’re needed most.

At Odyssey, Outdoor & Service Learning isn’t time away from academics — it’s a deeper kind of education. It’s where students practice resilience, empathy, teamwork, and stewardship. Where learning expands to meet the world — and the world answers back.
