With a deep interest in embodiment as a way of knowing, she facilitates movement classes that tap the felt sense of being as the source of creative investigation. For 20 years, from Boston, to Albuquerque, to New York City to Asheville, Michele has taught movement to diverse populations, with the intention to develop greater ease in the body and grow the capacity for authentic expression of an evolving sense of self. Michele’s own experience of dance as a way to wake up to her true essence, to fall in love with learning, to develop compassion for herself and others and to build new relationships inspires her to impart embodied dance practices to the future leaders of our world.
