Application Fee: $75.00 non-refundable application fee is due upon initial application to the school.

Supplies & Activities Fee: $200 non-refundable supplies and activities fee is due annually with each enrollment contract.

Enrollment Fee: A $250 non-refundable enrollment fee is due annually with each enrollment contract.

New Family Admission Fee: A $500.00 one-time, non-refundable fee is charged to all new families.

Deposits & Payments: A non-refundable 10% deposit is due by February 14, 2022, for returning families and March 1, 2022, for new families. Four tuition payment plans are available (1 annual payment, 2 bi-annual/semester payments, 4 quarterly payments, or 9 monthly payments) with the first payment under each plan due by August 1, 2022. A 3.5% convenience fee will be added to credit card payments. Returned check and late payment fees are each $35.00.

Annual Campaign and Other Gifts:  Tuition alone does not cover operating expenses at private schools. Our annual campaign and philanthropic gifts provide a tax-deductible way to give to Odyssey School, a 501 C (3) non-profit organization.

Service Hours: As a community school, families at Odyssey are asked to contribute 4 hours per month. Each family will be invoiced for unfulfilled service hours at a rate of $10 per hour, or there is an option to pay $10 per hour for all service hours instead of volunteering.

Multiple Student Discounts:  Full tuition is paid on the oldest student and with a 10% discount on all enrolled siblings.

Referral Discount:  10% discount on one full annual tuition will be given to any family who refers a new family that enrolls for the coming academic year.  The new family must name the referral family on their initial application for this discount to apply.

SUMMER 2023

Summer Preschool 2023: Preschool will be open from Tuesday, June 6th through Thursday, July 28, 2023. Sign-ups for Summer 2023 will be opening in March with preference awarded to returning pre-school families.

K-12th Grade 2022-23 Tuition

Before and After School Care

PreK-6 before and after-school care: free play, games, and study time. Before care for PreK starts at 8:15 a.m. For grades K-6, this program is available on school days from 8:00 to 8:45 a.m. and from after dismissal to 6:00 p.m. (5:00 p.m. on Wednesdays). Before care between 8:45 and 9:00 a.m. will not be charged.

PreK: Before care and aftercare is hourly at $6 per hour or $300/month flat rate. No sign up needed for hourly billing! If you would like to sign up for monthly flat rate billing, please email Jen Stradling at jstradling@odysseycommunity.org.

K-6 Before-school care is available M-F, 8:00-8:45 a.m. for a flat rate of $5 per day.

K After-school care is available M, Tu, Th, F from 3:00-6:00 p.m. and Wed from 2:00-5:00 p.m.

1st-6th After-school care is available M, Tu, Th, F 3:30-6:00 p.m. and Wed 2:00-5:00 p.m. for $7.50 for the first hour or for a flat daily rate of $15 ($20 for early release Wednesdays.) You will be billed monthly for the previous month’s usage. No advance sign up needed.
