Melissa McLaughlin

Even before working at Odyssey, Melissa was cultivating a foundation in Integral Theory and application, a love for self-directed education, and a desire to support children in pursuing joyful learning. She spends most of her time with young children and revels in watching people discover and grow.

Melissa graduated with a self-designed major from The University of Redlands and holds an MBA in Sustainable Business from Maharishi University of Management. During graduate school, she worked with a group of inspired individuals to apply Integral Spiral Dynamics and group processes to support the university’s strategic planning efforts and to enhance healthy communication on campus. Integrating knowledge acquisition and consciousness development, Melissa brings a holistic view of education to Odyssey.

When not at work, she is busy exploring the world and running around with her husband and two young boys.
