Faculty In-Service Meeting, 4/19/17

This week, we will begin with a Best Practice presentation by Andrew Rabin, followed by a learning partners check-in, some quick announcements, and the following two blocks:

Block 1 – 3:15 – 4:15 – Independent Action Project & Portfolio Work
Block 2 – 4:15 – 5:15 – Collaborative EoY Planning

For those of you who are attending Untangled this evening, you may leave early to accommodate the extra time, but please do check in with your teaching partners to make arrangements.

Regarding Block 1, please refer back to our checklist from orientation to guide your preparations and be sure to schedule a final meeting with Megan to review your work this year! These meetings can take place any time between now and our final teacher work day, but do not plan on guaranteed availability on that last day! There is not enough time in the day for all of these meetings to take place that Friday. And, as always, please let me know if you have any questions!

Regarding Block 2, please meet in your grade level teams and work on the following: Honoring Ceremony / Graduation preparations, summer “reading” assignments, and end of year student surveys. Please take notes and share them with Megan and Cory.
