4th & 5th Grade Students Sell Out at Autumn Faire!

The 4th-5th Grade class grew organic basil and chard in the school aquaponics lab. Several weeks before the faire, students harvested the basil and hung it up to dry. A few days before the faire, they packaged and labeled the dried basil and designed their booth. On the day of the faire, they harvested fresh chard and basil for sale as well. Customers, drawn to their great smelling and attractively designed booth, enthusiastically bought up all their stock!
