Application Fee: $75.00 non-refundable application fee is due upon initial application to the school.
Supplies & Activities Fee: $200 non-refundable supplies and activities fee is due annually with each enrollment contract.
Enrollment Fee: A $250 non-refundable enrollment fee is due annually with each enrollment contract.
New Family Admission Fee: A $500.00 one-time, non-refundable fee is charged to all new families.
Deposits & Payments: A non-refundable 10% deposit is due by February 12, 2021 for returning families and March 1, 2021 for new families. Four tuition payment plans are available (1 annual payment, 2 bi-annual/semester payments, 4 quarterly payments, or 9 monthly payments) with the first payment under each plan due by August 1, 2021. A 3.5% convenience fee will be added to credit card payments. Returned check fee is $35.00.
Annual Campaign and Other Gifts: Tuition alone does not cover operating expenses at private schools. Our annual campaign and philanthropic gifts provide a tax-deductible way to give to Odyssey School, a 501 C (3) non-profit organization.
Service Hours: As a community school, families at Odyssey are asked to contribute 4 hours per month. Each family will be invoiced for unfulfilled service hours at a rate of $10 per hour, or there is an option to pay $10 per hour for all service hours instead of volunteering.
Multiple Student Discounts: Full tuition is paid on the oldest student and with a 10% discount on all enrolled siblings.
Referral Discount: 10% discount on one full annual tuition will be given to any family who refers a new family that enrolls for the coming academic year. The new family must name the referral family on their initial application for this discount to apply.
