Full-Time Faculty Meeting, 3/23/16

Today, we will have a Best Practice Presentation by Minal, followed by an all-group discussion including Spirit Month, Teacher Appreciation Week, CPR & First Aid training, our 2016-17 configuration, and a few smaller announcements regarding Montford Hall and projects related to our upcoming spring auction.

Following this meeting, we’ll break out into groups:

PreK: TBA with Courtney

Early K-5 will discuss summer reading and then work independently on year-end planning and Action Projects.

Upper grades will discuss dress code, end of year planning (trips, exams, summer reading/projects), and IRP presentation schedule for middle school. We hope to break early to allow for time to work on SLC summaries and action projects.

  • Please make sure you’ve submitted everything you need post-conferences: summaries, etc. Submission means the families have received what they need, and Jen has a printed copy for student files.
  • Please make sure you are planning to turn in Peer Observation reflections prior to leaving on Friday OR you’re in touch with Megan about your plans.
  • Megan and Cory will be scheduling contract signings in April, when we return from Spring Break.
  • Please keep those classroom newsletters comin’ folks.
